The living area has been designed as an open space, where the kitchen with a Calacatta marble island flows seamlessly into the dining room and living room. Characteristic elements include geometric inlaid floors, mirrored details in gold frames, and openwork partitions defining individual functions.

The bathrooms have been designed as private wellness areas – large-format stone slabs contrast with warm wood, and freestanding bathtubs and spacious walk-in shower cabins ensure maximum comfort for residents. In the master bedroom, the upholstered headboard combined with natural wood and a glass-enclosed wardrobe that visually enlarges the space attract attention. The study, decorated in a more traditional style, uses darker shades of wood and leather to create an atmospheric workplace.
