The exterior architecture is based on the principle of contrast between solid and void—robust walls clad in light limestone are juxtaposed with transparent glass façades that open the interiors to the surrounding garden. The warm-toned Spanish limestone changes hue depending on daylight, giving the form a vivid, organic quality. Distinctive vertical divisions in the façade and deep window recesses create a rhythmic composition, introducing a play of light and shadow across the stone surface.

The U-shaped layout encloses a private atrium with a swimming pool, forming the natural centerpiece of the composition. The stone façades flow seamlessly into terraces finished with the same material, creating a cohesive architectural whole.
