The interior of the restaurant is designed based on the principle of harmonious contrast – raw architectural concrete is combined with the warmth of natural wood, creating a refined yet cozy atmosphere.
The central element of the space is a stone-covered bar, which serves as a stage for showcasing the dishes.
The open kitchen allows guests to observe the cooking process, introducing a theatrical element characteristic of Japanese culinary culture. The lighting system has been designed to subtly highlight the textures of the materials – from the rough surface of the concrete to the delicate grain of the wood.
